Monday 9:00 gentle yoga,10:30 yoga1

Tuesday 9:00 pilates Barre,10:30 yoga1,6:00 yoga1/2

Wednesday 9:00 gentle yoga,10:30yoga1

Thursday 9:00 gentle yoga,6:00 Pilates Barre

Friday 9:00 pilates Barre, yoga1

Saturday9:00 gentle yoga,10:30 Pilates Barre

200YTT and 300YTT training.
