Wednesday- 9:00 gentle yoga, 10:30 yoga, 6:00 yoga

Thursday- 9:00 yoga, 5:30 gentle yoga, 6:30 yoga

Friday- 9:00 Pilates, 10:30 yoga

Saturday-9:00 yoga, 10:30- Pilates 

Sunday-day of rest.
